After a few weeks off, we have decided to open up for delivery-only thanks to our partner Uber Eats starting on Friday, April 2. We are so grateful to able to continue to support our community in the best way we know how while still maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for our team and guests. We are a neighborhood walk in restaurant, however we set aside some tables for reservations during lunch, brunch and dinner. Gusto 501 is a multi-level restaurant, with several menu offerings specific to each level. For this reason, the reservations also vary.
Please see below which level takes reservations and which are walk-ins only;
Ground Floor Trattoria – Reservations and Walk-ins
Mezzanine – Walk-ins only
Attico – Reservations and Walk-ins
Rooftop – Walk – ins only
Lunch from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm
Dinner from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Brunch from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
We allow a 15-min grace period, from your reservation time, for your party to complete. If your full party arrives later than the grace period, you will be added to our “Wait List” for the next available space.
We always aim to seat you as soon as possible. However, when we’re busy we can never predict how long the wait for a table will be. As a rule, groups of 2 and 4 are easier to accommodate than larger groups. If there is a wait for a table your name will be added to our wait list and you’ll be invited to enjoy a drink in our Cocktail Bar. Our host team will text you as soon as your table is ready!
We pride ourselves on a curated a wine list that caters to an array of tastes and is complementary to our menu offerings. For this reason, we do not allow corkage.
Absolutely! You can bring in a celebratory cake or cupcakes. We’ll be happy to store it, add candles and present it at the right time. The plating service fee is $3 per guest.
We try our absolute best to accommodate all allergies and/or dietary restrictions for our customers! With a few simple modifications, we can offer many different dishes to suit your needs.
